What this deck is
This deck is car-dealership software in plain language: stock on screen, workshop money per car (tyres, body, detailing / PPF), a proper expense book, and partner balances when money is pooled. For showrooms that run on WhatsApp today but need one ledger tomorrow. The application is a Windows program (.exe) on each PC. Cloud vs office is only where your database lives—on our servers or on your machine at the showroom. If the database stays at the office and you need access from outside, you use VPN into your network.
Plain problem
Picture Monday morning: Which car is still in paint or PPF? Who paid the tyre bill? How much cash is really left? Right now that lives in ten chats and three sheets—while customers expect the same story from sales, accounts, and the owner. This system puts each car, each bill, and each partner’s money in one place—so anyone you trust opens it and sees the same picture.
Before — how many dealers still run the desk
Your team is not careless — the work is just split across too many places. Stock in one file, partner money in another, workshop bills buried in WhatsApp.
After — what you’re moving toward
Each car, each bill, each partner line is posted once and shows up everywhere you allow — desk, owner, accountant.
Owner view
On this screen
Imagine a TV in the office: total value of the operation, money partners moved in or out, and simple charts—like “who holds how much of the pie” and how sales have been trending.
Why dealers care
You and your partners look at one headline before you argue. No one stays up merging Excel the night before a meeting.
Partner money
On this screen
Think partner card: name, phone, CNIC-style ID, how much they put in, any money taken out, date, who typed it, and whether they’re active.
Why dealers care
When someone asks “what’s my balance?” you open their card—not a voice note from six months ago. Fair bookkeeping for pooled deals.
New stock
On this screen
Drop in photos, set status (just bought, in prep…), then fill what you paid, who sold it to you, and any notes. One save when the keys land on the desk.
Why dealers care
That same record feeds the stock list, workshop jobs, and later the sale. No retyping the chassis story in three places.
Stock book
On this screen
A table like a stock register: invoice no., who’s buying, which partner funded it, make/model/year, your asking price, and a colour tag—bought, in workshop, or sold.
Why dealers care
Sales and accounts stop shouting across the room. They point at the same row. Search and filters find a car in seconds when the customer is on the line.
Workshop bills
On this screen
A running job book: this Corolla—tyres at Pak Wheels; that Civic—denting at AutoMax; another line—PPF / detailing before handover. Each line says which car, what kind of work, which vendor, and a reference so you can match the bill.
Why dealers care
Before you fix a sale price you see real cost in the metal. Bookkeeping stays tied to the vehicle—not lost in a WhatsApp photo.
Expense management
On this screen
The expense entry screen: pick category and sub-category, short description, date, amount, who paid, and bank or cash. You can attach a receipt photo in the same flow so the proof sits with the line.
Why dealers care
Staff don’t invent their own columns. Every expense hits the book the same way—so the monthly view and your accountant stay aligned.
Expense management
On this screen
The expense overview view: tiles for this month’s total spend (and trend) plus reserves. Underneath, every line—car, work type, vendor, amount—so you see where the money went at a glance.
Why dealers care
Owner asks “what did we burn this month?”—the answer is on one screen, tied to real cars and vendors, not a half-finished spreadsheet.

Next step
Tell us your city, roughly how many cars you turn, and whether you want the database in the cloud or on a machine at your office (with VPN if people need in from outside). We’ll book a demo around a real dealer day—not a generic slideshow.
